There are easily a thousand other UA-cam videos that provide better instruction. Legs, HIPS, then arms. Arms, hips, then legs back in. One count for the pull then two count back in. Absolutely! There is no way possible that I would ever consider leaving this community. The Y has made such an effective part of the life of my children and me. My son with special needs and my daughter whom is a member of the Team Leadership Program are patiently waiting for things to get back to usual so that we can live again. God Bless all. ❤

This also, will be me and my brothers first time at the YMCA in Belleville,ill also my husband first time, but we agree that the YMCA in Fallon is a lot more cleaner and sanitation to us, so I hope that it get a lot better while we work out and enjoy being there. thank you, members of the YMCA
